Kansas Wings was founded by Peter Solie, resulting from his personal ministry and experience with Justin. He serves the community as a member of the Lorraine City Council and a member of the Board of Directors of Grow Ellsworth County. Mr. Solie also serves as a member of the North Central Kansas Governing Council for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where he is also assigned as the coordinator of Prison Ministry at Ellsworth Correctional Facility and Larned Mental Health Correctional Facility. Mr.Solie previously served as the Bishop of the Great Bend Ward of the Church.
